Responsibility is part of the work, not beside it.

We exist to help institutions create positive social impact. The same commitment shapes how we work and what we choose to work on.

United Nations Global Compact

SPOT Advisory is a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative. We support its principles on human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption, and we hold ourselves to them in our own conduct and in the advice we give.

Professional conduct

Our advice is independent. We don't take commissions, referral fees, or positions that create conflicts with our clients' interests. Client information is treated as confidential, and we are clear about any constraints on our independence before an engagement begins. As MCIPS practitioners, we are also bound by the CIPS Code of Ethics, which holds members to standards of accountability, honesty, and avoidance of conflict of interest.

Accessibility and inclusion

We believe the systems institutions rely on should work for everyone. We have led work on disability-inclusive procurement across the UN system, from accessible goods and services to accessible procurement processes and sourcing from disability-inclusive suppliers. We apply the same standard to ourselves, including to this website, which we build to be accessible and welcoming to all visitors.

Sustainable procurement

Sustainable procurement is one of our core specialisms, not an add-on. We have helped institutions embed sustainability into their procurement policies, manuals, and category strategies, and we bring that expertise to every engagement. When we design how an organization buys, we help it buy in a way that is better for people and the planet.
