We emphasize knowledge creation, knowledge circulation and change management in all our projects.

Projects

Our projects fall into the categories of strategy, policy, operations and transformations. We have led projects in organizational change, knowledge creation and circulation, development of new policies, product and service line development. We have also provided interim management services. In all our projects, we partner with our client and, as the foundation of our work, we emphasize knowledge creation, knowledge circulation and change management in order to drive societal impact.

“One Supply Chain Manual”

We developed a “One Supply Chain Manual” concept for UNICEF, currently the largest procurer in the UN system, including an implementation and roll-out plan for UNICEF globally. We incorporated state-of-the-art technological solutions which could grow and be future-proof. Multi-platform support ensured that the "One Supply Chain Manual" could be used on the range of technological platforms used throughout UNICEF globally. As part of this project, we also benchmarked supply chain documentation concepts of other UN agencies, NGOs and private sector companies.

IPSAS compliance

We supported a client to be in compliance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) by developing symbiotic guidance strategies for warehouse and inventory management, commodity ownership and accountability, emergency stockpiling procedures, strategies for minimizing the need for write-offs, insurance policies and processes, and best practices for supply chain processes, including warehouse management.

CIPS certification

We helped an international development bank to prepare for the Advanced Standard assessment of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). In doing so, we provided comprehensive support to meet the requirements of this demanding standard which included revising policies and Guidance Notes, developing procurement strategies, delivering training and other interventions.

Sustainability procurement

For numerous clients, we have revised and developed procurement manuals and strategies to include sustainability provisions, thus integrating requirements, specifications and criteria that are compatible and in favor of the protection of the environment, of social progress and in support of economic development.

Guidance on the UN Disability Inclusion Strategy

We developed an implementation guidance on the United Nations Disability Inclusion Strategy. In this guidance, we outlined how public procurement processes can contribute to the full and equitable participation of persons with disabilities in procurement processes. We also developed related trainings, e.g. on how to make the procurement process accessible.
